Place was easy to find, key was in the box and code/check in procedure communicated prior to arrival. Accommodation is dated, but functional and does what it needs to for a short stay holiday. Parking - there is none available directly outside the accommodation, it’s a shared car park that can get busy. It’s a shame none of the facilities on site can be used or day passes purchased. On site pub has no closing times and makes up food and drink service times which was a bit frustrating. There is also no shop or way to walk off of the park due to it being on a busy road. I like to run so this sadly wasn’t possible. You will have to drive to the Co-op which is only 5min away. Personally I liked not having wifi and poor phone signal as it kept me away from technology… but I could imagine others may find this annoying. The mattress on the double bed is not fit for purpose, this was extremely uncomfortable. I would stay again as location was great, everything we did was within 30 mins drive

Fantastic! Ideal location to visit family. Spacious and comfortable - everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and hopefully use again.

Great place in a great location. Ideal base to explore Cornwall. Relatively spacious accommodation in a friendly park.

I would totally recommend this property, The house was perfect, warm and clean clean clean from top to bottom, it's an excellent location if you want to explore Cornwall, the only think I would recommend is to change the bed mattress.
