Andrew’s place was the perfect place for our 2 Nights in the North East. Perfect location to get to where ever you needed. The place itself was clean and very homely. Would definitely stay there again.

A great location for our scotch egg making masterclass down the road. Restaurants and food shop within easy walking distance. Spacious and well-equipped. Peaceful at the back with good views.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of Andrew’s place. It was also great having an allocated parking place! We would stay at Andrew’s anytime!

Andrew’s place is a small and compact flat but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a really quiet street and although it’s a bottom floor flat we didn’t hear any noise from upstairs. We also felt very safe. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Andrew’s place. So comfortable and bright, with great views and handy location. A lovely little terrace to sit in the sun. Andrew was very helpful and communicative. I recommend the Beamish Museum nearby, and the walk round the edge of the golf course to the meadow.
