This was a great place to stay! The location is perfect, being close to the highway. We were there for the Kentucky Derby and it was about a thirty minute ride from the house to the shuttle. It was a very easy ride! The house is very clean and the property is absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend this spot! Carissa is a great host!

My Husband and I decided to take a break and visit our sons who reside in Louisville and Lexington. We searched for a place to stay that was conveniently located between the two cities, and I came across this particular listing. The property was stunning, and our room was both clean and so pretty. We didn't require a full kitchen, so the coffee bar provided was perfect for us. The place itself was peaceful, and we enjoyed the calming views from our windows after a busy day in the city. Our host Carissa was wonderful, making our check-in and check-out process effortless and promptly answering any questions we had. We look forward to booking our stay here again on our next visit.

Carissa provided a beautiful cozy stay right on the bourbon trail! Her place was easy to find and very clean. Any questions or concerns Carissa responds back quickly and professionally. Definitely will be back!

This was my fourth or fifth stay in Shelbyville. And by far the best. Carissa thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. We felt right at home.
