Awesome time at the Boogie Shack!! Easy to find. Looks just like the add. Perfect spot for us on The Cabot Trail. Will definitely be back again! Thanks!!!

Shanshan has built a great little community between this, the dome tents and other things. They’re all close enough to feel safe and far enough to feel privacy. If you’re deciding between this and the dome tents I strongly recommend this after seeing the whole site in person. Helpful hosts were great.

We had two nights in the cozy Boogie Shack. The cabin and patio are rustic but comfortable for a camping trip with a bit of extra comfort. There is a bed and refrigerator in the cabin, as well as electricity. A private toilet and shower are outside. The shower has a door but no extra screen for privacy / dressing. The sink, used for both bathroom and kitchen needs, is in the outdoor kitchen area. Some basic cooking utensils are provided. There are a two-burner electric hot plate and a gas grill for cooking. The outdoor covered patio makes the overall camping area fairly spacious. The campground was quiet and in a wooded setting with a small waterfront. The Boogie Shack site is set towards the back of the campground in a quiet location. The stay was comfortable and the Boogie Shack was a great base for exploring the Cape Breton National Park.

The Boogie Shack was basic but had most of what we needed for a fun weekend of Glamping. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the campfire. Excellent location on the Northern stretch of the Cabot Trail. Recommend.
