Great location! Lots of hiking trails nearby with a range of difficulty. The view of the mountain from the back deck and hot tub is beautiful!

Everything about this cottage is amazing. Starting with Delilah, she is super friendly and responsive, such a great host. The cottage was spotless when we arrived. It’s beautiful, cozy and exactly what we wanted. We ended up getting groceries and just cooking at the cottage for our trip because the we just wanted to spend most of our time there. Everything you need is there. The hot tub was great, such amazing views while you’re sitting back and relaxing. I have recommended this cottage to all my friends and I’ll 100% book here again. It is the perfect location to stop when visiting the Cabot trail. I can not emphasize enough how perfect this place was, such a great place to relax after a long day of travelling.

The Whiskey Mountain Cottage was a wonderful stay. The location is private and peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, especially from the hot tub which was very clean. Delilah provided us with great instructions on how to get there and a binder of local attractions. The cottage was flawless with lots of amenities. A great stay for couples looking for some quiet time or to go on an adventure. I have already recommended this place to others as a great place to stay.

Amazing surroundings and exactly what I imagined it would be from the pictures only we got even more lucky as the weather was perfect while we were there (Late October!) We enjoyed the hot tub and outback so much, but inside was clean and a perfect size for what we needed (two people). My fiancée loves how fast the place heats up and now we have to get our own "foot warmer" in the bathroom haha. It's quite far out there and stores around close early but if you prepare right its not a problem and I couldn't have picked a better place for our half way point driving trip around the entire Cabot Trail. We didn't want to leave! Thanks for everything Delilah you're a great host and keep up the good work. :)

Whiskey mountain cottage is a little slice of heaven! The view is breathtaking and it really was one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve experienced. Cape Breton is beautiful and there were lots of trails to explore. The suggestion book is great - meat cove/lawless lobster was one of our favourite highlight. Delilah was so wonderful and attentive. My husband and I can’t wait to come back!
