A Luxury Modern Villa in Kissamos, Your View to Crete Island. Step through the line where the sea of Crete meets the sky at this private villa featuring a breadth of luxuries and lavish comforts. Encompassing an area of 200sq.m. of pure indulgence and an outdoor area of 700 sq.M., this exquisite villa provides a world of sensations for guests beyond the ordinary. Set on 3 different levels, Villa Emilia redefines the notion of comfortable living... On the ground floor, you can find the pool area with a heated pool of 40sq. a fully equipped kitchen, an internal living room with a salon, a satellite LG curved 65’’ TV and a dining table area for 10 guests, the BBQ area and the outdoor lounging area with the bar, a deck with sunbeds, an outdoor living room and a dining area for up to 10 persons. There is a continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces which provides space full living area where accommodates all the activities throughout the day. One of the five rooms is located on this floor and features a private entrance. All areas inside have to be air-conditioned. The first floor boasts 3 brilliantly appointed en suite rooms with safety boxes and air-conditioning. All the rooms are double with Cocomat metal-free bed-mattress. This floor is completed with an impressive glass veranda with amazing sea views. On the attic floor, you find the king-size room, the very best room of the Villa. This room offers unobstructed views of the sea of Crete from each corner, welcoming esteemed guests to relax and sleep in complete privacy. The bathroom of this room has hydromassage. Please notice that the Villa is located on a hill and it offers you an amazing view not only during the day but during the night as well when the city lights add some extra spark of romance to the already magnificent atmosphere. The pool can be heated at an extra cost, upon request ask us for more information.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Ausblick. Ideal um mit mehreren Personen eine schöne Zeit auf Kreta zu verbringen. Mietauto ist erforderlich.
Our host was amazing. We did have some issues with the leaky AC and kettle which Mikalis attended to. The only one disappointment was that the cleaners arrived before our check out time and it felt a bit awkward trying to get ready to leave when the cleaners were trying to clean! Overall, we all loved our experience and the view from the villa was outstanding.
Villa exceptionnelle !!! Vue magnifique sur la mer et le village de Kissamos !!! Idéalement située, les plus belles plages accessibles en voiture en moins de 2h. Le lagon de Balos a 50min. Chania a 50min. Nous avons profité de la piscine car chauffée. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain. La maison est bien équipée. Le ménage est fait en milieu de séjour. Très contents de notre séjour !!! Merci Michalis notre hôte pour les services rendus.
Great location if you have a car. Wonderful sunset and night sky views! The villa is 25-30 minutes by walk from the beach and it’s 15 minutes till the city. It’s highly advisable to rent a car. The swimming pool is quite cold however, could be heated for additional price. We were quite surprised that the water is so cold for this time of the year. Towels and kitchenware are available and there is even BBQ. There are plenty of good restaurants available nearby. Greek people are very friendly. We had a great vacation!
The best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! We had a great stay at Villa Emilia. Michalis gave us much very useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us, Thanks Mike- you're awesome. The location's great- stunning view over Kissamos bay and the perfect panorama of the sea & town. Every morning start peacefully and placidly with this amazing view(Pictures on the internet are amazing and still do not do justice to view). Just a few minutes from Kissamos, 30 min to Chania, and about 25 min to Falasarna and other weastern beaches. The Villa itself is stylish and was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for heavy home cooking. We heat the swimming pool so it was perfect also for our little kids. Villa Emilia has all you need for your luxury vacation. Highly recommended! (x10). Thanks again Mike, and hope to visit again
