Perfect beachfront modern home in Kitty Hawk with fabulous views overlooking the ocean and walking distance to many places, Johns Drive In, Stack em High, or Black Pelican to name a few. Key Features: renovated kitchen, salt water heated pool, large backyard with turf, front and back decks, sandbox for kids, closet organization, and many appliances. 7-night minimum. We do not welcome animals, especially dogs due to highly allergic owners. Clean bed linens and sheets will be provided, however guests are responsible for bringing bath, pool, and beach towels. * Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, desk, & attached bathroom * 2-bedrooms with queen size beds and TVs * 1-bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and childrens couch * Hallway bathroom * Living with TV and dining open to the kitchen * Fully equipped kitchen with new stove/double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Appliances include new Keurig, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. * New washer and dryer in laundry room * Deck overlooking the ocean with table and chairs * Salt water heated pool in a large yard * Sandbox under the house * Table and sink to clean fish * Gas grill available for use (guests responsible for propane at Ace Hardware) * Cable TV and Wifi provided by Spectrum

Perfect place for a beach getaway, awesome pool in the backyard, sandbox/play area for kids under house, comfy beds and living room furniture, the only thing we wished for on this little bit cooler weekend was a hot tub, but we were grateful for the heated pool. Only steps away from the beach across the road, close to many restaurants. Really is just a great find for us, can't wait to stay here again!
Our week at Christina’s place was wonderful! Great location right across from beach. House is clean and decorated nicely. AC kept the house nice and cool on a pretty hot week. Loved sitting on the front porch and swimming in the new pool! Would definitely stay here again!
A wonderful week at Casa Del Mar! This house is adorable, up to date and the BEST location for walking to the beach. The pool was amazing. We hope to come back for another stay in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful retreat with our family!!
This is such a cute place with a great location. We got so much enjoyment from the pool. It was a nice size for 5 adults and one toddler. The hostess was very responsive with any questions we had. Absolutely recommend!
Wanted to try OBX this year and this place looked amazing in the photos. I just happened across this listing by chance when searching the entire outer banks, and glad I did! Had an absolutely amazing week directly across from the beach with a family of 6 (Sister, teen newphews and parents). We could easily go from swimming in the ocean to swimming in the new pool in only a few minutes! Private outdoor shower made it easy for everyone to rinse the sand off! The front porch, comfortable furniture both there and at the pool, made it perfect. Nephews shared huge bunk bed room perfect for teens, and all the other rooms, including the master with its own bathroom, were great. Christina was very responsive and kind! Her home is perfect for what we wanted. Absolutely no issues at all! It was pricey but in line with OBX rentals in peak season. I spent a lot of time on Zillow looking with my parents for a place to buy in OBX. Anyway, highly recommend this place and we plan to be back!
