Evan’s place was clean, comfortable and in good location. We rented both units (connected by an internal staircase) which gave us the choice of privacy or togetherness. Good communication without being intrusive.

Evan's house was lovely. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside has everything you need for a great time. The inside was clean and inviting, and the outdoor area was expansive and private. He even provided a s'mores kit, which I thought was a really cute touch. Evan was also extremely communicative, which I really appreciated. I'd happily stay at his house again the next time I'm in Ithaca.

Great place and thoughtful hosts! They are also there when you needed to figure out anything with the house. The whole family had an amazing time.
