I hate to be this guy because I know the power of reviews from having been in the rental space, however this needs to be shared: This property was nice, particularly the inside as the rooms and common areas were as advertised. However, the outdoor area seems to have been neglected since the pics were taken and could use some quality upkeep. The real issue however lies in the host. After booking over 10 months ago and agreeing with the host on an early checkin time as our group of 10 ppl flew 6 hours across the country early in the morning, Daniel proceeded to ghost us and not respond with the lockbox code for 4 consecutive hours. Our entire party had to scramble to find time to waste almost the entire afternoon because Daniel did not respond to a single message and had his phone shut off. Never once, even after sending the lockbox code on the app, did he call to apologize nor did he answer calls during the entirety of the trip. Guests deserve better imo and this was not it, sorry

Very cute house in a great area, has potential to be even greater with some maintenance upgrades. Host was nice and instructions were clear. Driveway has plenty of parking for multiple cars. Backyard area is so cute. would stay again.

Daniel was very nice and responsive and the home was perfect for our needs. Our group stayed here to go to Ambush Paintball in Moorpark, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Daniel :)

Daniel was super responsive and the house was an exactly like the photos. Was perfect for our bachelorette group and had plenty of space for everyone in all living areas and bedrooms. Like some of the other reviews said, it was a little dusty in some areas and there was some small stains on things but other than that was cleanly. We had a great time!

We all enjoyed stay in the house very much! It is very beautiful, clean and safe place! Highly recommend to others!
