Paul was a very helpful host. The caravan is situated perfectly and we were able to other parts of the island in good time (the needles were ~25min drive). The place was clean, very spacious and quiet. Thanks again Paul, will recommend to our friends :)

Really really good stay. It is what it says on the tin. Paul was super helpful and responsive. Only thing I think would be worth mentioning in description or when checking in is about the speed limit when approaching the caravan, Paul was quick to mention there are cats about and to go very slow, it would just save him a job. Big thank you Paul we had a lovely time 😊

Paul is good with communicating, location is in good place. Place could have been cleaned bit More as had bit of dust around. Linen of bed didn’t feel it was cleaned and changed. Had to ask for toilet rolls as on arrival didn’t had any. There was strong smell of farm or was from pound nearby on first day we arrived as it was raining, that could have aggravated the smell. But it smelled of poo all over, so we had to buy some room fresheners and candles as the smell was very strong. But on sunny days smell was not present. The curtains and sofa looked unmaintained as old and appears to be dusty. Shower was the best part of this stay.

The place wasn’t cleaned properly, was very dirty and dusty. The whole Caravan was smelling of food. There was lots of flies. Fact that Paul charged extra £50 for cleaning but nothing was done at all except changing the bin. Caravan was very very dirty and smelly. Paul did respond to any questions related Caravan but not friendly or supportive at all. With the price we paid for two nights, it’s not worthy, I would not recommend.
