Being minutes away from the most popular beaches, restaurants, shopping and nightlife makes our location a Prime Location. Experience unparalleled luxury and modern elegance at this stunning 3BD apartment. Sitting on the bottom floor of our building, it boasts a chic, modern aesthetic. The space features three king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower and toilet. For entertainment, step outside and immerse yourself in the ultimate outdoor oasis, featuring a newly built 40-foot custom lighting saltwater pool, an 8-person outdoor hot tub, and a massive turf space. Please keep in mind the outdoor space is shared with other Paris Villas guests, so please be respectful and mindful of their presence. Situated in the heart of the city, this luxurious apartment is just a short walk from an array of world-class restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife. It is also conveniently located steps away from one of the island's most popular beaches, Reduit Beach. And for those who love to stay active, a fully-equipped gym and additional 1-bedroom aesthetic suites are currently under construction and will be soon available for the guests. Excellent séjour !
The house was new and modern. The pool recently finished. There is construction out back as they are building 4 more units so that is temporary. The WiFi was spotty at best and can use an upgrade. Also, while there is AC in the bedrooms the main living space has a small fan only. Could use more robust fan as room for stuffy. (Minimal was open bc of Xmas week so we spent evening after dinner in the place) It is walkable to the local beaches, and nearby mountain for a nice hike. Rodney Bay restaurants are walkable but I highly recommend reservations if you are there for holiday week. Overall nice place with decent amenities.
Overall, airbnb is exactly what you see in pictures. Property Manager (Marvin) is amazing and very responsive. Few problems with the airbnb- -Few kitchen utensils were missing (paper towels, spatulas, cooking oil, etc) but Marvin dropped them off the next day -There is NO air conditioning in the living room so every time we were hanging out in the living room, it was burning hot -Had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper since we were staying for 7 days since there was only one of each (small inconvenience) -There are 3 rooms and in the St Tropez room, you can hear EVERYTHING going on from upstairs because this room has a door that leads to the backyard and there's no proper insulation to block out the sounds coming from outside Will leave this review on a good note- Marvin was amazing and the property is so close to the beach that it's a 10 minute walk.
