Relax with the family (or just yourself) at our favorite spot on Lay Lake. We are right across from Blue Springs (aka low water) and walking distance to Bozo's Fish Camp. You have the entire place to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry, a porch you will not want to leave, docking for boats/jet skis, & parking for 4 vehicles. We have the best sunrises & those perfect glass water evenings, come fish, surf, relax, ski, swim, read, or boat at P*Jinx & Grace

The host was very accommodating with the days needed for our stay. Nice and comfortable place. Beautiful view! We enjoyed our stay.
We booked our stay so that we could attend our granddaughter's wedding, which was held at a nearby venue. The home is roomy and comfortable. The primary bath has a huge walk-in shower and a big bathtub. The neighborhood was quiet, which suited us well. We asked to be able to check in a couple of hours early, and they were able to do that for us, which was a big help.

Close to Blue Springs and Bozo’s Fish Camp. We are 5 mins from Dollar General and 20 mins from local grocery stores, you may want to bring groceries with you or plan to stock up on your way down. Calera Publix will deliver here. We have a few local places to eat. I do have a guidebook with everything for you at the home, from best marinas to my favorite tacos.
Great for water crafts, golf carts, bikes or walking.
Once every 5 yrs the power company lowers the lake levels, we have no say and not always aware with this is, usually the fall.
