Staying at Tim's house was truly special. From the moment he welcomed us into his beautifully decorated home we felt so comfortable. Our bedroom was just amazing with everything you could possibly need plus extras that were very much appreciated. Tim is a wonderful host and he treated us to the most spectacular breakfasts. Although the house is within easy walking distance of the town centre it was very quiet. We can't recommend Tim highly enough and we would love to come back.

I felt at home right away. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. Tim was an extremely welcoming host despite our delay arriving. The breakfast included was sumptuous and the extra for a full English was wasted on us as we were so full. Amazing bacon and sausages. The kind and generous touches are what sets Tim apart. Thank you for the lovely tea in the room and the sweet flower arrangements from the garden. We are going to buy bone China cups for home as your tea tasted so much better in them. I loved the front door key fob too. I wish we had longer.

Tim is the best host I’ve ever had, so much that I hope I can now call him a lifelong friend. His home is beautiful but that’s just the bonus! I stayed for two months and Tim made an effort every day to ensure I had the loveliest of breakfasts, and that my room was sparkling each week. I even had everything I needed for tea (my own private tea set in the room and an espresso machine!). His garden is beautiful, and so is his collection of antique furnishings and paintings. I could go on for days about what a warm and classy home he has made. The location could not be better: a quant town with a ton of history, restaurants and bars…and walking distance to the train. But let’s talk about Tim again. This is the first time I’ve been sad to leave an airbnb (like really sad) and I’m really looking forward to coming back soon.
