The property was very comfortable and a stones throw from the beach. The bed in the master was incredibly comfortable and the decor was inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this spot in Avila Beach. It is just a few steps from the beach and shops/restaurants. The main room is comfortable and spacious - it was perfect for our family of 4.

This place was fantastic! You really cannot beat the location - we walked everywhere walk half a block to the beach, the Bob Jones trailhead, playground, restaurants and shops. The furniture was updated and beautifully designed. The kitchen well equipped and the beds comfortable. It was great to have use of the garage space, too. A couple notes, our Suburban did not fit in the garage (by inches) and we had to find street parking throughout the week. The street parking by the house is not overnight so expect to walk a block or so from your car if it is a truck or SUV. The host was helpful in referring us to parking even after their hours and we appreciated that. This also is maybe not the best place for small children. We brought a baby gate for our active toddler and were very glad we did. But with the nice furniture and balconies, it seems better suited for older children and adults.

This place is so wonderful. It was very well stocked with great cookware and accessories. Plenty of towels, beach gear and shower amenities as well! The unit was spotless and in such an incredible location. The master bed is so comfortable and overall we felt like we were at home! Only complaint is our truck didn’t fit in the parking garage but we should have checked this before coming. Hope to visit again one day soon.
