The house is in a great location, right across the street from the river, marina and about a half mile to the gulf coast. It’s a beautiful area and you’ll want to use the kayaks provided at the house and check out the amazing river. We had a great time and enjoyed the house for the most part. The only thing that was challenging was the understocked amenities. There is limited dishes and cookware, poor lighting throughout the house and the outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work. These are easy to fix and if they were, it would have been 5 stars as the rest of the house and location was great.

My family had a great time relaxing. Nancy was available when we had a concern. I would stay here again.

Cute little place to stay, but the pictures made it seem lighter than it was. The kitchen was very dark with only a ceiling light to light the entire room. The living room could use some more lighting as well. The check-in instructions need to be updated. The guest contact didn’t contact me back when I used the phone number but did when I emailed. She seemed a little annoyed by my questions, but that could be me taking her text out of context.
