This is a fully separate apartment unit from the upper level of the house. The entrance is at the rear of the house. It features two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but no kitchen. Parking is available on the street. Beds The Master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, end tables, and tv. The Second Bedroom features a full-sized bed, desk, end table, dresser in the closet, and tv. There is also a futon that lays flat as a bed in the living room. Bathroom The bathroom is stocked with towels, hand towels, washcloths, sulfate-free shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, body wash, and a few spare toiletries for your convenience. We ask that guests do not use the towels to remove make-up. Living Room A small seating area includes a convertible futon, coffee table, and coffee station. There is no kitchen but we do offer a large mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. Laundry On-site laundry is located in a shared utility space on the basement level of the house. The entrance is next door to the entrance of this Guest Suite. Use of the laundry room is shared with both the top unit and the basement apartment (this listing). Guest of this unit may access it on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Parking Street parking is readily available. There are no parking permit requirements nor meters. The driveway is reserved for the residents upstairs. But if it is available guests of this listing are welcome to use it. Gym Host's One Life gym membership is available for guest use. The gym is conveniently located about 10 miles from the house and does require driving to get to there. Gym access includes use of free weights, Olympic weight-lifting equipment, resistance machines, lap swimming pool, and a sauna. Only 1 membership pass is available. The pass is available on a first-come/first-serve basis sharable between both units of the house. You can reserve exclusive use of the pass for a small fee.
