I actually did not stay very long, I wouldn’t put it down completely to the location and cabin, I just overestimated what I wanted to deal with. It is very cute, beautiful surroundings, but the bugs were a bit much. There were dead bugs in the shower, by both beds, by the couch and a live spider inside my suitcase when I left it open. So although nice I just don’t think it was the right fit for me

Place was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

We loved the location, and the place itself was very nice. The problem with the stay was that the main heater did not work. The unit had a heater upstairs and in the bathroom, and we were provided with a small floor heater, but with the temperatures in the 20s, it just wasn't enough and we ended up leaving earlier than we wanted to simply because we were freezing. Very disappointing ending to what could have been a very relaxing stay.

The place was definitely exactly as pictured. It was nice to have the option to buy firewood from the host. The little gas burning fireplace inside worked well to heat up the place but I will say it was hard to find a happy medium as far as temperature went. It was either too cold or too hot. The heater in the bathroom did next to nothing to heat the place up but did provide for a warm showering environment. Our biggest complaint was that nearly every utensil and dish in the kitchen was dirty when we got there. We had to wash almost everything before using it. Other than that we loved staying here. The view right outside the door was amazing, the fire pit was so nice in the evenings, and the starry sky was so clear and beautiful at night time.
