Nestled in the village, this newly renovated home boasts three levels of comfortable living. Relax by the fireplace, watch a movie in the den, or stretch out on the terrace. The many common areas make it perfect for remote working & reliable high-speed internet accommodates several devices. VAST & LVRT trails right down the road. Close to I-91 & US Route 2 with plenty of great places for biking, hiking, skiing, sightseeing, & antiquing nearby. Complimentary level 2 EV charging onsite. This house is ideal for remote workers as the wi-fi is excellent and there are several spacious and comfortable common areas in the house. Also great for cooks-the kitchen is well appointed and, along with all bathrooms, was fully renovated recently. There is an outdoor terrace and 1-acre private greenspace with fabulous pastoral views. The house is sunny and bright throughout, has a cozy new gas fireplace just off the kitchen, and a glassed-in sunroom with direct dappled sunlight all day. Plenty of free parking.

We stayed at Samantha’s to view the eclipse, but we’ll be back to explore further. Great home base for NEK. Do try the noodle shop down the road, it was authentic and delicious!
We loved our stay in Samantha’s beautifully renovated home. Check in was very easy. The house is spotless and very tastefully decorated. Samantha and Grace are amazing hosts and have done a great job creating the perfect vacation experience in a peaceful and serene setting. You can tell that a lot of care has gone into every detail in setting up this home. I agree with the reviewer stating that the house feels very homey and at the same time maintains a minimalistic feel (read: clutter-free!). The kitchen is awesome and so well- stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms very comfortably furnished. I love that there is a desk and chair in almost every room. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings in the lower level area where there is a comfy couch and TV area. We particularly enjoyed the views of the White Mountains in the distance from the dining area in the living room. Will look forward to returning!
We had an incredible stay in Samantha’s beautiful home! It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful personal touches. We especially loved the kitchen and sunroom! It was a perfect place for our young family to relax after a busy holiday season. We loved the location and exploring Danville (especially Bentley’s bakery) and enjoyed that most things were within walking distance but that the house was still quiet and private. Would highly recommend Samantha’s lovely home!

What a great home! It had everything we needed. Everything must have been recently updated, because everything looked and felt brand new. It was so clean. It had great spaces, perfect kept. The basement added so much finished space. Kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook full meals. And... our hosts were awesome! Super informative and responsive!

There is a quick and easy place to get groceries a half mile from the house (this place also has a deli), and a cafe in the center of the village. There are also a post office, library, bank with ATM, and a couple of restaurants in the village. The larger town of St. Johnsbury is 7 miles away, offering more stores and restaurants. Farmers Market is on Wednesdays during the season and is within walking distance from the house. Access to the 93-mile LVRT Rail Trail is right down the road. It goes east to St. Johnsbury in one direction and west to St. Albans in the other.

US Route 2 runs nearby and is a major east/west route through Vermont offering easy access to Interstate 91 and beyond.
