Mary and Jim’s home on Caspian is a perfect retreat in Vermont. Super comfortable home with updated kitchen, bathrooms and a delightful outdoor shower. Fantastic beds and furniture made for a wonderful multi generational stay. We loved the dock, raft and kayaks too! Caspian , Greensboro, Hardwick, etc are always a fun spot to explore with plenty to do, our easy to stay put, relax, take a dip and listen to loons. We had a wonderful two weeks at their house and would happily come back again!

The hospitality was over and above our expectations. From a fully stocked coffee bar and snacks, we felt like we were staying at someone’s home. Everything we thought we might need was there including a beautiful dock, kayaks, and an inflatable raft. There is also a beautiful wrap around porch for sitting and enjoying views of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was a perfect home away location for a wedding weekend. The weather was rainy and cold, so extra important that the indoor space was sparkling clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Excellent kitchen with equipment, utensils, and dishes (we have some serious cooks), really the best kitchen of any AirBnB we have ever staying in. Lake water was very rough (high wind) so we did not go out on the kayaks, it was also a bit chilly to enjoy the amazing wrap around porch.

A beautifully renovated "camp" as they say at Caspian. There is a wide porch where you have a spectacular view of the lake and can watch the sun set over the water. The furniture inside and out is comfortable, and the furnishings, beds, sheets, and kitchenware, are excellent quality. The four kayaks are comfortable too. Mary is quick to respond and the neighbors are helpful. Basically - all good. Thanks, Lynn

Our two families had such a wonderful time at the cottage for a week's vacation. We kayaked with the house kayaks and stand up paddle boarded off the dock. The kids loved the floating dock. We loved sharing meals and playing games at the large table on the porch. Personally, I enjoyed some quiet time drinking my coffee and reading on the dock- it was so peaceful! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped, to boot!
