We had a group of 16 of us, which included lots of kids. It was spacious, especially the kitchen/dining area and fit the descriptions listed. Convenient fenced back yard for kids was a plus. Super close to lots of attractions and restaurants. One bed upstairs is definitely not made for any adult to sleep in, super thin and very uncomfortable. The air was little weird it would get super hot inside very randomly. There wasn’t enough towels for all of us but wasn’t an issue because we brought more of our own. We also ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly and went to buy some. There was only one small pan to cook something in the oven, and majority of pans for stove top use the food would stick right to it. Would recommend bringing your own pans if you plan on cooking for a large group. Not complaining, just little things that others should know for their future reservations. We don’t expect anything to be perfect! All in all we enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

The 5 pg contract at 9:25PM the night before is very uncomfortable, it had to be signed by 3 guests. Find it in addl rules, we thought we had ruled out this house because of the snarky, unprofessional and nearly petulant responses to reviews and the "contract" mentioned in reviews. ANYWAY, we accidentally chose it and the house is fine its clean has all the beds and baths mentioned. What it does not have is bedside tables, drawers in mstr. No bath mats. We booked for 12 people, 9 towels. Someone from Big Lots delivered towels when we let host know. There is a sign above the thermostat that acts like its "tricky" but really its locked and managed remotely. When it was 80 degrees, we emailed and they changed it and explained it was locked. You had to stand on the bed to turn off the light if you want the fan only. Host is quick & friendly. The stay was very uncomfortable because of the "contract" our fault we missed it, but contradictory no less to the listing & beds no bueno
