Thanks for making us feel so welcome, our stay was wonderful, the little goody bag was an unexpected surprise. Cannot fault our hosts, they genuinely thought of / provided everything we could need!

Ann and Dave were great hosts. The online welcome pack with videos and instructions were a great idea. We found the cottage easily and having seen how the gates open meant we could easily drive in and get parked up. We had a lovely stay at Little Cobbes. The cottage itself is beautiful and everything has been well thought out. There is everything you could need. The welcome basket was such a lovely thought and really appreciated. Also, adding my daughter’s name on the Netflix profile was a lovely touch. The bedroom is a great size and is bigger than it looks in the photos. There was plenty of space for our travel cot and cases. The sofa bed was easy to make up and put down and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Really lovely air bnb, very thoughtful, decorated well, comfortable and easy to find. A little tricky to pull over to the gate in the dark and rain to get the gates open on a corner but once you get the hang of it it's fine and manageable. Shower was great, bed was comfy and just in general the bedroom was really lovely. Kitchen was well stocked, treats in the fridge and on the counter. Lovely outside area and I heard a few owls on my way out which was a treat on it's own. Would love to visit again.

We’ve been back to the cottage for a second time and love it as much as our first visit. Thank you Ann and Dave, I’m sure you’ll see us again.
