Make sure you identify this BNB for what it is. Location is very private with an untarred road leading to the house so low cars be vary. For me I picked the place for its Spa and patio, but upon reaching the Spa was not working and had a swarm of frogs swimming in it, which kinda creeped us out. Having a working Spa is what makes a BnB more expensive but this experience was not worth the price. The host let us know bout a possible compensation but haven’t heard back from them yet. Also be extremely cautious about winter visits as getting warm water from the showers is complicated with extremely outdated equipment and plumbing. All in all, size is decent for a big family with regular bnb amenities. I have been to multiple BnBs around Yosemite for me to tell you that there’s way better options. One last thing to mention - Checkout is at sharp 10 AM with the cleaning staff waiting outside for you to leave. This also seems absurd for bnbs as they should usually be flexible, kinda.

The Sullivan House and spa was a lovely, comfortable, spacious home with a nice private backyard, beautiful wildflowers around it and the location was great. The reason we booked this specific house was because of the hot tub that was advertised. After a long drive we were really looking forward to relaxing under the stars in the hot tub but were disappointed to find that the tub was completely cold. It was not in working condition, there were frogs and insects in it and it was dirty. I wrote to Dylan about it and he apologized and said they put in a call to a spa repair person and would let me know when they called back. We didn’t hear back and never got to enjoy the hot tub. The only other communication we got directly from Dylan was about us being in front of the house 15 minutes after check out time. We were out of the house and had the door locked at the 10am check out time and just finishing packing our car and getting our baby ready outside but the cleaning lady told him we wer
