Apartment is just as listed! Kelly and Patrick are responsive and friendly. It is a great location - supermarkets, pharmacies, metro station and restaurants nearby...a bit of tourist area right at the bottom of La Rambla, but walk a couple blocks up and you're out of it. I would definitely stay again!

Kelly and the accommodation he offers exemplify what Airbnb should be about: having the owner onsite and a helpful guide. From my very first contact with him to my checkout, Kelly was quick to reply and very resourceful. He possesses excellent knowledge of the city and willingly provides various restaurant recommendations. Whenever we had questions or encountered issues, they were promptly resolved within minutes, if not seconds. I highly recommend this host, as all of his available units/rooms are within walking distance to the beach, the famous Gothic Quarter, the iconic La Rambla, and public transit access for those interested in further exploration. The appartments are of typical old spanish built, with high ceilings offering shade in the hot summer days.

Had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place in Barcelona, the location was perfect being very close to the metro and just a few minutes walk to the Marina and beach which I loved. Kelly was always available if I needed any help and made sure my stay was comfortable, would recommend to anyone and I hope to visit again :)

Had a perfect one month stay in Barcelona! The apartment is wonderful and had everything I needed. Kelly is a great host, responsive and kind. Very much recommended :-)

Great host and great location. If you want to be in the mix of it but still get some work done. Internet fast and no issue in a month there.
