Quirky and a bit basic but with a location and view that more or less makes up for everything. With a bit of a bumpy start (broken boiler and bathroom tap for the first few days - and with no apology or recompense), I stayed here for four weeks while taking French classes in the mornings. It certainly helped to have a washing machine and dishwasher. The building custodian - Susana - is really the host and she's amazing, always very responsive and extremely helpful. (I barely heard from the owner in four weeks.) I've a seasoned Airbnb visitor and also a host myself, so I come to expect a space that's more modern, clean and well-kept in terms of the basics like crockery, cutlery, glasses, bedding. (The second bedroom didn't have properly made-up beds with a duvet cover, for example.) I made it work and, as I say, the location really is outstanding and convenient too.

We loved Martine’s place! The seaview is really pretty and it seems you can dive into the sea from the balcony. You might like the interior design or not, it is definitively a nicely set up and confortable apartment. Susana, the caretaker, is extremely kind. We appreciated both Martine and Susana’s flexibility in supporting us during our trip. Highly recommended.
