Magic hotel is central to downtown Bergen - extremely walkable. We did ask for a space that does not have bunk bed twice and received one anyway. They tried to make it right after the fact but we did not want to lug all of our stuff to a new room as the elevator is very tiny. Overall a great stay though, we also walked to the cable car which was fantastic.

We have a little issue in the Checkin. But the host team help us and got resolved immediately.. it is great location. Great apartment.. host team is very nice .. appreciate all

There are 2 magic hotels and Mona gave us the wrong one to get a hard key. We were thinking that our apartment was Mona's but when we checked in at the right magic hotel, they first gave us an apartment with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the second with bunk beds instead of the 2 queens we were told we had rented. We were able to switch for another one with one queen and 2 twins at a lower level with a view not as good. It was fine buy it helped us understand that we rented with airbnb just one of the magic apartments, not Mona's who may not even exist. It is not a very honest approach.

Perfect location with view of the harbor from the balcony. Can't beat the location. Everything is while there (either at the street level of the hotel of within 1 minute of walk. Very clean apartment! For family travel with kids - extra bonus with the dryer on site! We did all our laundry here - other places often only provided washer but without dryer. You may want to request a unit on the 5th floor as the laundry room is on this floor and it saves a lot of my time (the units are insulated very well and I did not hear any outside noise whatsoever). With its great location, I was able to easily visit many local shops and stopped by the apartment to handle different loads of clothing between washer/dryer without wasting any time at all when I visited Bergen. Apparently there more than one Magic Hotel (Magic Hotel and Magic Apartments are on the same building). Made sure to enter the exact address into your GPS. I went to the wrong Magic Hotel following GPS on my first try.

Accueil simple et agréable tout comme le checkout. Logement idéalement placé pour toutes vos ballades en centre ville, tout est accessible à pied. Un balcon avec vue sur Bryggen incroyable pour finir la journée ! Le logement Seul petit bémol les équipements de la cuisine un peu maigre pour une famille de 4 mais on s’en accommode. Ravi de notre séjour en famille à Bergen ! Merci à toutes les équipes !
