Just returned from a weeks holiday. The villa is absolutley lovely and just as described. Beautiful villa and lovely pool area and garden. Air con did not work in the basement rooms and then broke and leaked in one bedroom, the repair guy was great and fixed that but then the air con broke in my bedroom and this was not able to be fixed for the remainder of our stay (3 night's) it was very hot to say the least!! I was instructed that cleaners would attend for an hour on friday to change towels etc. and we were instructed to vacate the villa for an hour or stay in the garden...cleaners didnt show and i had to call bed and sun rep to sort this out. VERY IMPORTANT on arrival the rep said I had to pay 900 euro deposit incase of damages. This was unexpected and was most of my spending money however I paid. I have been chasing this for nearly 2 weeks now and told that i must wait 30 days before they credit my account!!!! This was not explained when i paid the deposit or booked the holiday.

Thank you for hosting our party of five. Accommodation was spotless and clean. pool and garden area beautiful. A leisurely stroll to the Marina and beaches. A more comprehensive guide to amenities such as supermarkets, etc, would be of use. Great transfer, too, and from the airport.
