Pere was a great host responsive before and during our stay. The flat is clean, quiet, so spacious and very central: just a few minutes walk to restaurants a shops including the supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the sea. Pere is a lovely man and made our stay very comfortable, we really felt at home. The WiFi is excellent.

Perfect stay. We got welcomed with our 2 dogs and our cat and Pere was very accommodating! Very spacious and great for long stays, the flat even has a roof top area! Great internet connection, heating system and the beds are comfortable. The area is very nice too, from walking distance to everything in Palma.

The apartment was really beautiful and clean and it is located really close to the city. I really enjoyed my time here in Palma!

El apartamento está nuevo, muy cómodo con ambientes amplios y aire acondicionado que hacen pasar el verano de la mejor manera. La cocina totalmente equipada, los baños muy cómodos y amplios. El apartamento está a metros de plaza España, Mercadona, farmacias, etc. Más no se puede pedir. La recibida por parte de Pere ha sido estupenda y cálida en todo momento. Sin duda para recomendar volver.

Very nice apartment and amazing host! We loved staying there and would definitely go back again. The apartment is very close to a nice park, to some bus stops and to several grocery stores (mercadona, lidl). Would definitely recommend staying there! :)))
