Incredible home right near deer valley! Melanie was very responsive and accommodating as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

I rented Melanie's space because it had the number of bedrooms I needed, it was located where I wanted to be, and because it had a hot tub. On March 16 at 8:28 PM, I wrote "How do I operate the hot tub? It doesn't appear to be working properly." On March 17 at 1:41 PM, Melanie replied "You can adjust the temp on the hot tub. You can try that. LMK if that doesn't work." I had already tried that. On March 17 at 5:08 PM, I wrote "The temp seems to be good today. Yesterday it was 59 degrees. How do you get the jets to run? I have pushed every button. None of them seem to do anything." On March 18 at 11:58 AM, Melanie replied "Sorry we are in the midst of a move - just seeing this. Are the jets working now? If they still are not working I will call the property manager. We've never had a problem with them before." Melanie's responses were not helpful or timely. Unfortunately, it took several days for me to figure it out on my own. The hot tub was in lock mode.

Melanie was a fantastic host and the home was exactly what we were looking for. We even had an issue - beyond the owner's control - and she worked quickly to fix it and remained in contact with us the whole time. We were a party of 12 and the house was perfect for us. Just several minutes from the main parking lot at Deer Valley (access to Snow Park Lodge), great layout and plenty of room both inside and out. We would happily recommend this home to others.
