Great location, close to the beach and shopping center. The house is very clean. We love the shower with double sprinkler heads and jacuzzi tub. Kate is very considerate.

We loved this spot! It was the perfect size, with a totally updated bathroom, clean bright rooms, and a little back patio (with a grill!) We were so comfortable after long days at the beach. Can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful home! Very clean, tastefully decorated, and as mentioned by others, the bathroom is amazing with the heated floor, jacuzzi tub, and double shower head. Great location, even with some rainy days. Easy access to restaurants and the beach, and we enjoyed visiting the thrift stores on Grand. The Monarch Grove trail to the beach is definitely worth visiting - get there early for parking. Hosts communicated well and beds were comfortable, although the master bed did not seem to be a California King as listed. The pullout couch was easily managed and comfortable. We fully enjoyed our time and would happily return.

We loved our stay at this cute little place. Super clean and we loved the luxurious bathroom with heated Floors. We would definitely stay here again!

The nightly rate was a fair price, however the cleaning fee of $150 seemed excessive compared to other properties and the sparseness of the house, which would make it very easy to clean. I booked very close to my dates and had limited options or I would not have booked here. We found the house clean and easy to find, but were glad our plans resulted in us just needing a place to sleep. I would not consider this place a great place to hang and be comfortable. Easy access to a beautiful beach is the draw here and I would imagine this property would meet the needs of many who planned to eat out often and be away during the day soaking in all that the region has to offer. Other than a late response to an emailed inquiry, communication was adequate. I appreciated how easy it was to find and get in and how clean it was. As others have said, the bathroom was the best room in the house.
