The B&B offers great views and convenient access to Rome. The host is incredibly responsive. For your needs, I suggest Conad. This is a supermarket that is relatively close. There are SO many food choices along SP601. If you choose to go to a beach club that supplies umbrellas and chairs, go early. I threw my coin in Trevi Fountain so I can't wait to return!

Great location across from beach. The a/c in two bedrooms and the living room kept the main areas cool. Small patio with water view off one bedroom. Better location then expected. Good WiFi. Behind locked gate & locked main entrance to building, so it takes 3 keys to get in- we felt secure. Furniture was fine, beds fine too. Apartment has been there for a while, has character and some age, but was well worth it for our stay. Luigi was great in helping us when our flight was delayed and we arrived much later than we wanted.

Great location that is right on the beach and across the street from a Gelato store! The host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, even when we arrived late at night. Check in went well, and he made sure to show us the important things that we needed to know. The apartment was a great size, and had a great view of the ocean. One downside was that the air conditioning was broken and it was hot in the apartment at night. Leaving the windows open at night helped a little bit, but it was still uncomfortable to sleep in. Beds were not the most comfortable, but were manageable. Was challenging to get to the center of Rome and takes a long time via public transportation, but we figured it out. Was noisy right outside the window at night, but is to be expected due to the location.

Perfect appartment for holliday just next to a beutiful beach, i truly recomend this one
