The property is excellent and a great location within walking distance of all Kirkwall has to offer. We felt very comfortable with everything provided for a great stay. It's a spacious property and although there were only two of us it would easily accommodate 4 or even 6. We hired a car from a local firm to explore the island which is so beautiful; we were very lucky and had dry, sunny days. Kerry and Tara provided everything we needed for a lovely, relaxing holiday. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well equipped. Having two bathrooms, one for each bedroom, made the place just perfect. Although it was close to the centre of Kirkwall, it was private and very quiet. When I return to Orkney I hope I can stay there again.

The bungalow was a real find; it was so private and quiet but very close to all the local amenities. It provided us with the perfect, relaxing holiday and we fell in love with both the bungalow and the town. Kerry and Tara sent us excellent instructions on how to find the property, taking us straight into the drive. What we really loved was the sun room where we could sit and read when feeling very lazy and the luxury of two bath/shower rooms. And the beds were super-comfy. Unlike Lerwick, which we have also enjoyed visiting, Kirkwall is so central and it's easy to travel around Mainland. We'd recommend the Birsay Bay Tearooms, recommended in a well-known Sunday paper and in a really remote corner of Mainland. We also enjoyed fabulous crab in Judith Glue's tearooms. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely bungalow in Kirkwall again - thank you 😄

Had a wonderful stay at Errival. Everything were required was there, plus a good selection of local books, and games and toys for the children and rainy days. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely week.
