Spacious one bedroom apartment with shared indoor swimming pool allocated parking and glorious beach views. Situated just above Putsborough beach with its fantastic cafe and surf school, beautiful coastal walks to Croyde & Woolacombe and lots of great villages near by. No. 22 is on the far right hand side of Clifton Court, making it one of the more private, light and quiet apartments, the balcony catches the morning/midday sun and due to its location is not overlooked by the other balconies. No. 22 can be let with either a super king or twin beds, making it flexible for friends and family as well as couples. There is also use of a quality sofa bed and linen for a third guest, at an additional £20 per night for the length of the booking, (this needs to be agreed before arrival). Maximum capacity is 3 guests. Please note bookings are only accepted for adults and children over 12 years old. The entrance is on ground level after 4 steps, communal hall shared with one other flat, private hallway, bedroom with either 2 single beds or a super kingsize bed (linen, duvet & pillows provided), bathroom with wc, bath with shower over (one hand towel, 2 large bath towels and bath mat provided), sitting room with large sofa, smart TV, opens up into the dining area with dining table, comfortable bench seat (share chairs available), fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery, selection of pots and pans and the essential kitchen utensils. Kitchen window and door to balcony with fantastic views over the beach and towards Woolacombe and Morte Ho! As well as the shared indoor pool there is an outside shower - handy for washing wetsuits, boards, feet etc, a designated area for securing bikes (see photo) and 2 large driers (coin operated). The flat is a "work in progress", as I have slowly been improving it, the kitchen is dated but clean and functional and the hot water comes from an immersion heater so it is not constantly constant, however the shower is electric therefore always has hot water! The flat has a lot to offer as a base, with a free parking space in a beautiful location, however if you're looking for modern state of the art accommodation, it is not for you. There are no set change over days. I have made check out a later time of midday and check in 5pm to avoid rushing in the morning and the busier times to travel - I will always try my best to let guests check in as early as possible.
