We know Croyde well - it is a place we love. Tess's apartment is in a great location - close to the sea and a short walk to the hub of the village. The views from the apartment are amazing! The apartment itself was warm and welcoming - the kitchen was so well equipped and the bathrooms lovely. Really comfy beds too. Can't recommend it more!
Lovely apartment on first floor of house- views of sea to front and a field of lambs to the rear. Perfect size for family of 4/5- large open plan living space. Extremely comfy beds, excellent stocked kitchen utensils with Nespresso machine. Parking space, gated area to front so felt very safe. 5 min walk to beach or into Croyde. Really super flat, would highly recommend.
Very happy with our stay and Tess was a great host - clear communication and made everything easy.
Point View is in such a great location only 5 minutes walk from beautiful beach at Croyde Bay. The accommodation is immaculate with everything seeming brand new! Thank you for being so flexible and responsive.

Point View is a secure gated development with one designated parking space whilst staying in apartment 3, which is a real benefit in Croyde.
With only a 5 minute walk to Croyde Beach and a 12-minute walk into Croyde Village, Point View is in a really unique location.

We are originally a farming family but fell in love with the Devon Coastline having spent our summer holidays growing up there and so over the last 15 years we have invested in our 'Homes by the Sea'. We are very proud of them and love that we can share them with our guests who we encourage to make themselves at home, just as we do as a family.
