A very comfortable king size bed and peaceful neighbourhood will ensure a restful stay. The spacious sittingroom has Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. to keep you entertained in the evenings. On sunny days the secluded outdoor patio and peaceful garden looking across the neighbouring meadow are there to bask in and enjoy. A minutes walk in the village takes you to the dog-friendly Richmond Arms pub with its incredible food and great bar atmosphere. There are two more pubs within a half hour’s walk from the barn. Both are dog-friendly and both provide great nourishment and refreshments!! We provide tea and coffee (Nespresso pods), milk and sugar. There's also free off-street parking for two cars. Equally suited for either Goodwood events, visiting Ashling Park Estate Vinyard, sailing/watersports or exploring the local area with its many beaches and the beautiful South Downs.
