Enjoy all River Run Village has to offer in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo! Black Bear 8053 is a stunning condo updated with wood flooring and modern furnishings. Do not worry about driving anywhere. You will not find a shorter walk to the slopes than right here in River Run Village. Shopping, dining, and activities are all just steps outside your door when you stay at this condo! Living Room The gas fireplace will make you feel warm and cozy on a cold winter night. Relax on the comfortable couch or oversized chair after a day of playing in the mountains. With views of the ski mountain, this is a great place to spend your ski vacation. Kitchen Being so close to the ski slopes and activities, it is easy to come back to the condo for a bite to eat! From snacks to gourmet meals, this kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your group! Recently upgraded stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space makes this kitchen is a pleasure to use. Master Bedroom Settle into this warmly decorated bedroom with an ensuite large bathroom and a wall-mounted television! Enjoy the beautiful views of the ski slopes from the comfort of your bed! Guests Bedroom Relax in this comfortable room and enjoy your favorite programs on the wall-mounted TV after a fun day of playing Guest Bathroom This large bathroom makes getting ready for your day a little easier! Dining Area Gather at the dining room table that comfortably seats four. Enjoy a good meal or play board games. Access to outdoor hot tubs and offsite pool located at the Dakota Lodge.

Great location in terms of how close it is to the gondola. Beware, however, that the unit is just above the area where the hot tub is, and the lights are very bright and the window coverings do not block the light. This unit really needs thick black out curtains to block the lighting and the noise from the hot tub area if they want guests to have any sleep. There were kids in the hot tub at midnight and despite texting the condo management, they didn't go away for an hour. The unit was also very dusty and bedside tables were dirty (old cereal?), so that was a disappointment. Finally, the heat was hard to regulate. The unit was super hot and uncomfortable, so we had to open the windows, which of course did nothing to help the noise of people below in the courtyard - and you were either freezing or melting. Overall is was ok, but the noise, heat, and cleanliness could be way better given the cost. The best was that it was a 2 min walk to the gondola to go up the mountain.
The condo was clean and amenities of building were great and very convenient. Summit Cove was easy to work with and quick to respond with our questions. Location for Brown Bear was central to River Run and very close to the Gondola. We would stay here again.
Great stay at Black Bear Lodge. Clean, recently updated and as close as possible to the Gondola! SummitCove was very responsive as well! Our keycards were demagnetized and somebody was over to replace them in 10 minutes. This was our second stay with them and will definitely be back in the future.
Excellent, fully recommend. Great support and communication from SummitCove. Property spotless and as described. Location is excellent.
