The apartment was wonderful in a beautiful setting. The host was responsive and provided a folder filled with places to visit and instru tions and info about the cabin. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking and relaxing. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Would recommend anyone wanting a home/space away to stay here.

This cabin was the PERFECT hub for our Iceland trip. It had everything we needed to feel at home including a full kitchen to cook in, a cozy living space to relax in after a long day and in-suite laundry to wash our things that fell victim to the elements. Not only did we see the Northern Lights from the DRIVEWAY, but there's an incredible lookout located directly behind the cottage. The cabin was well heated, the bed was incredibly comfortable (as was the pullout couch - slept on it for 8 nights with 0 issues). The water pressure was amazing in the washroom and on the kitchen sink - I also have to mention that the tap water is 10/10 for drinking. The cabin is located a short distance away from the factory that produces all of the bottled water used on Iceland Air - it is the same quality right out of the tap. Dora had coffee as well as some Icelandic chocolate and other essentials to greet us. I was blown AWAY. 100% reccomed this cabin to all Icelandic Adventurers!!!

Tout était parfait, Dora est une hôte réactive, rien à dire ! Nous étions 4, le séjour s’est très bien passé et nous avons même eu droit à de belles aurores boréales depuis la maison… incroyable!

Dora’s place is clean and cozy, location is fine, close to some of the best attractions in south Iceland. The drive to the place is scenic as well. All amenities are provided and we’ve got all we need. However the boiler in the laundry room next door is a bit noisy especially during the night.
