We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin's place! It was our second time there and this time it was even better. There are two kids rooms now, which was perfect for our family of four (with two young children). Kevin proactively reached out to us to make sure everything was set up perfectly for us. His family even left some toys for us which our kids loved. The fenced in garden was a big plus. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but you can get to the interstate and downtown Nashua quickly. All in all the apartment is spacious and was perfect for us. We felt right at home there. We would definitely stay at Kevin's again!

Great location. House clean and true to photos. Very well stocked with daily essentials Two sitting and tv areas. The large room was great for company and 85” tv was like being in a theater. Wi-Fi was very good. The deck and sitting are was large and comfortable. The Blackstone grill was excellent. All in all Kevin’s place was an A+ and I highly recommend it. Kevin was very accommodating and his communications were excellent.

Booked the place for my relatives who visited last minute. The house is in a safe & quiet neighborhood . It is close to the highway but not too close that you could hear the noise. My family came to visit from overseas so they didn’t understand how certain things are operated in the US especially during the winter. They set off the smoke alarm which is also a carbon monoxide detector while cooking and didn’t know how to turn it off. Beside the cooking scared they did enjoy their stay. Kevin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is clean and spacious.
