Probably you can’t get a better view, stunning sea view far from any noise. The service was excellent, always on, very helpful and friendly. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. We came with a big car so for us it was a little hard to manovre the narrow roads. I would less recommend the place with very little kids (babies) unless you are used to it, as there are many stairs :) besides that great gateway

This was such a beautiful space! It’s on a mountain, cliff-like. During the day, it is such a beautiful, relaxing house. The view was amazing. However, it is 25-30 minutes from the village. It is on a mountain, and driving in the night is difficult if you are not familiar with the area. Very sharp turns, possible fog, narrow roads, so just be mindful of this location and drive. Turing in the driveway is difficult due to how sharp the turn is. It is 2 stairways and a about a 3 minute walk from the parking spaces, but there were no lights to assist during that walk. We traveled with our young children, so we just had to be more mindful. On the plus side, there is a washer is outside in a hidden door which is always a benefit. Thank you!

Wonderful location with an incredible view. We ended up spending all day on the terrasse enjoying the view of the sea and Cornaglia. Would go there again.

The view from the home is spectacular. We had dinner outside and watched the sunsets over the valley. There is a bar within walking distance to the home with good drinks and snacks. Terre was very easy to communicate with and has a beautiful property. The hiking trails are about five minutes away from the home near the highest point between Corniglia and Vernazza trail. I would recommend renting a car or getting a taxi to get to the home. We did the hike with our bags and unless you are a avid hiker it would be very hard. My husband and I enjoyed the hike in and out and our time at the home.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Sound of Silence and would recommend it to others. As the host and other guests have suggested, this place is best for those with a car. Otherwise, I would not stay here as access will be difficult due to its remote location. The space itself is comfortable for 2 people and well equipped. The place is clean and updated. The kitchen has all the basic necessities. We enjoyed hiking on the Blue Trail daily which is conveniently located to the home. The outdoor space is really what convinced us to book this place - the views are amazing. It is also quiet, private, and very relaxing. As expected, there are mosquitoes so bring bug spray! Overall, we were happy with our stay and would not hesitate to come back!
