**Hosting 32+ Night Reservations** Bright, airy, and spacious, you'll love staying in my 2 bedroom apartment in Tri-Taylor. The location is convenient to get downtown, and with an on-site garage parking space included with your rental, you'll be perfectly set up during your stay! The bedrooms are connected with a Jack-and-Jill style full bathroom, complete with spacious stand-up shower and full vanity. You'll love the thoughtful designer touches interspersed throughout the home! Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you. Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled. Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself. Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. One garage parking spot is included with your reservation. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city. Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. 1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable. 2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay. 3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty. 4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises. 5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. 6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal. 7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee. 8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule. 9.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled. 10.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings. Please note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose. We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - I acknowledge that I may be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. - I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Highly recommend, such a beautiful home in a beautiful spot close to the transit and a short drive from the downtown area. We loved it so much we want to specifically come back and stay here again. Neighbor was super friendly too!
Beautiful apartment (exactly as in the pictures) in a cute neighborhood. Felt safe walking around. Garage spot was key, as there is only permit parking available in the neighborhood, very typical of Chicago. Great to have access to that. Multiple electric keypad entries for all the doors, which was convenient but a bit confusing remember. Nearby the medical campuses and Little Italy, Chinatown not too far. It was a second floor apartment, so make sure everyone staying can do stairs. Neighborhood was quiet but at the moment there is a bit of construction across the street and some slightly loud guests downstairs, but wasn't a big problem for us. We enjoyed our stay!
I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Chicago! The location was conveniently close to dining options and attractions. The apartment was stylish, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great tips about the city and ensuring our stay was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Chicago!

Tri-Taylor, the western end of Taylor Street's Little Italy, consists of the roughly triangular area bordered by Congress Parkway to the North, Ogden Avenue to the East, Roosevelt Road on the south and railroad tracks on the west. The neighborhood is traditionally an extension of the Little Italy neighborhood to its east, although it has consistently been one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Chicago as it was situated on the borders of African American, Irish, Hispanic, and Italian areas. It is a residential area for students from UIC. The neighborhood is also home to the Chicago Technology Park research center as well as the West Side Center for Disease Control, the office for the Medical Examiner of Cook County, and Chicago Hope Academy (a private Christian high school that opened in the former St. Callistus School in 2005).
