This home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a wrap-around front deck that overlooks Lake Powell with a gas grill and plenty of room! Enjoy your day on the lake knowing that when you're done, you have room to relax and enjoy your evening with beautiful views all around. The stargazing from the front deck is amazing! Newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, living and dining area make this a beautiful setting to enjoy coffee and the sunrise overlooking Lake Powell in the morning. Cook in the well appointed kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy family meals together. Relax in the living area on comfortable sofas and stream your favorite shows. Master bedroom has its' own bathroom with a tub and shower combo and sitting area. It has a king bed and two bean bags that transition to full size beds. The second bedroom has one king bed and one full-size futon. Third bedroom has one set full-over-full bunk beds and one full-size futon. The second and third bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms. All bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A mini split HVAC system was installed in Nov 2023. This allows guests to independently regulate temperatures in each bedroom as well as offer improved air quality throughout the home. There is a full size brand new washer and dryer and laundry soap available for guest use. Although the home is fully private, there is a separate caretaker's apartment located beneath the home that is sometimes occupied throughout the year.
