We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a perfect location for our needs. It was quiet, had a great view of Lake Powell and was close to the marinas and launches. There is a large Pilot convenience store right around the corner and it's within 10-15 min to plenty of restaurants and stores. The house was clean and well equipped . The beds were COMFORTABLE and the king suites with their own bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen and living room were spacious. We had 6 guests and never felt crowded. Communication with Elizabeth was easy as well and I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely home with convenient location. Neighborhood is very quiet and the views are very beautiful. It would have been nice to have a grill but otherwise, well equipped. We were very comfortable with 4 adults - I’d hesitate to have 6-8 people because common areas like the living room and patio would be very crowded. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! She was extremely accommodating, responsive and friendly! My friends and I appreciated everything about this place and absolutely loved the views and our overall stay! Everything was incredible and we enjoyed staying here so much! 10/10 would recommend!
