Nice place and all. The only issue was the attendant at the gate was new and didn’t allow me to enter cause she didn’t see my reservation in the system. I ended up waiting an hour outside the gate before I was let in. It took my own initiative to ask the person at the Evolve call center to speak with the gate attendant to let me through. The local contact listed in the instructions got back to me 3 hours after my initial voice mail and text. Very frustrating.

My friend and I stayed here to celebrate a birthday weekend at Yosemite. Upon arriving the home was amazingly clean and had much to offer in terms of amenities. We also appreciated their thoughtful binder of local recs -- not to mention that the condo is in a private community so you feel extra safe and can enjoy those amenities as well (like pickleball courts!). The beds especially were SUPER comfortable thanks to an extra topper. The best thing to look forward to after a long day of hiking to waterfalls. As for the location, the town of Groveland is small and quaint. There's lot of delicious food locations just a drive away, as well as stocked grocery store. Our only regret, which was of NO control to our wonderful AirBnB hosts, was the day we got there the main road cracked/fully closed. That road makes Yosemite a 30 min drive, so we ended up having to take an alternative route that's 2.5 hours each way up windy, carsick roads. Highly rec looking up closures on roads/parks before!
