I chose this rental because of its location. I definitely think we overpaid though. the place was fine, but is janky. needs maintenance in spots. there weren't sheets on the bed (there was a fitted sheet, but no top sheet, so you're just against the pilly comforter). nothing extra anywhere, I couldn't even find an extra garbage bag to replace the one I took out. no coffee maker, a k cup thing, but I had bought real coffee, so I couldn't make any during my stay. bathroom is horribly cramped, banged my elbow everytime I was in there. tv was so janky, it barely works. had rabbit ears for local channels, that worked ok. no streaming or other options, loading times were super long. entrance is great, felt private, clear spot to park, v easy to get in.

Vida é uma pessoa muito amigável, que rapidamente responde as mensagens e providencia o que necessitamos. Seu espaço é claro, arejado e seguro. A cama tambem é bastante confortavel. Apenas senti falta de alguns itens na cozinha, o que comuniquei a ela. Voltaria a me hospedar, sem duvida.

I highly recommend this listing. I traveled alone to visit my daughter and I felt very safe there. There was a lot of room in the basement especially,if you are traveling with family. I really liked all the amenities of off street parking and a private entrance. The hostess is very responsive, the neighborhood is good, and the location was great for exploring nearby areas!

This is a really nice basement apartment with direct access to the backyard, which was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. Vida was friendly, quick to respond to emails, and very helpful.
