Overall this is a beautiful spot (when it’s clear). It is off the beaten path and a ways down a very bumpy dirt road (be careful, go slow). The house was what I expected, but it was more rustic than it looks… the locks on the doors are minimal padlocks and barn-like metal pulls and there are gaps in the siding, doorways, etc. which makes it a little drafty. There weren’t any instructions for things like the fireplace or where to get wood and just some laminated signs in Spanish about random things, but nothing super “helpful” as a guest. The “binder” that was on the counter was broken and again, didn’t really have helpful information in it, just random stuff. The neighbors who were staying in the other cabin on the property arrived late and were super loud and have to basically walk on your deck to get to their cabin, which was not great and didn’t help make it feel private. Overall, not bad, but definitely wouldn’t stay more than 1 night as there’s nothing to do close by.

Excelente estadía, mis papás pudieron ver un hermoso amanecer, un arcoiris rodeaba el sol cuando se asomaba en las montañas! Un frío rico y disfrutable, con chimeneas y agua caliente a disposición.

Sehr gemütliche Blockhütte, perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit vom Strandurlaub. Man konnte den Tag Abends am Kaminfeuer entspannt ausklingen lassen. Das einzig negative war der Durchlauferhitzer im Schlafzimmer, der die Abgase bei Warmwassernutzung direkt ins Zimmer abströmt.
