We were not told about the check-out tasks that this is CLAYGO & we will throw our garbage >This should be stated in the initial booking process. We paid convenience fee for the advance purchase of pool passes then our name got wrong then we need to convince & explain to the pool guard that this was admin's fault on a Sunday. The rice cooker does not cook - only keepwarm. The range hood exhaust fan does not have light & seems there is dirt blocking the flow of smoke. Shower-curtain has stains. Hanging Towel@CR has dirt that was transferred to my white shirt. There is NO available electrical outlet for the Microwave oven & Oven toaster, need to unplug the television & other electrical at the table to transfer the extension near the ovens. The sink has a foul smell esp when the aircon was turned off. Water pressure is weak on the toilet sink. Both Youtube Apps constantly is crashing down. Please clean the carpet, its a bit sticky
