From the moment I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the breathtaking views. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I'm already planning my return visit.

My grandchildren (8 and 1) loved the place, while leaving today the 8 years old was sad to leave and wish we could stay longer. It was beautiful and match the picture on the site with spectacular views from the main balcony and all the bedrooms too. The whole house was clean and well equipped. Place is so well located to the 3 beaches which we visited every morning. Looe beach is 10mins drive and the town is lovely. You could walk if you have no children as it is 25 mins walk down hill. Parking was not a problem too. Steven the host was prompt and efficient at all time when replying to queries and the info he sent in advance was useful and accurate. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

My husband and our two children (7 and 3) have just returned from the most incredible stay at this beautiful property. The photos don’t do justice to the spectacular views, not only from the main balcony but from all of the bedrooms too. The whole house was spotless, well-equipped, so comfortable and perfect for travelling with young children as all the stairs were secured with gates. The kids couldn’t get enough of the garden, and walking down to the beach in the evening to explore the rock pools was magical. The huge balcony was the perfect place for my husband and I to unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day. I miss it already! We really appreciated the helpful info sent to us in advance - and visited two of Steven’s restaurant recommendations in Looe and Polperro which were both fantastic. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye to the house this morning, and hope we’ll be lucky enough to return one day. Thank you so much for all the amazing memories we made here!

We had an amazing time at the house. It was beautiful and matched the pictures on the site, with bright and glorious views from every room, and great facilities. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a special holiday!
