The location and convenience was 5 star!! We did have an issue where non of the TVs worked, but the host came out right away and fixed the downstairs TV. The unit is a little more worn than what I expected but it was still great and I would stay again. Overall all a really great experience Mahalo

My family spent a week here. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. It was comfortable, and a nice location. Close to a couple beaches and a nice hiking trail.

Absolutely recommend staying here, looks exactly like the pictures & its sooo close to the beach. Very safe since it’s in a gated area! 100% would stay here again.

It was in a great location. The beach was less than 5 minute walk away and perfect for young children since the waves were never an issue. The Sea House restaurant was also near by and is a must for sunset dinners. The house also had lots of beach accessories like chairs, umbrella, wagon, life vests for the kids and snorkels. The backyard is a bit small and could use a good cleaning especially their egg chair. There was lots dead foliage. Also, there is no gym, pool or hot tub access which was on the ad but the beach near by was enough for us. The town home is nice with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. They did not leave a good broom, a mop or a vacuum to help clean up. We did travel with young children and should consider having one available. We did have ants come for a visit one night but didn’t ruin the trip. Luckily there was insecticide under the sink.

The accommodations are great, the location fabulous, and we had a really great time. Cimi is an outstanding host. The only feedback we have for an even better experience would be 1) please consider extending the check-out time beyond 10:00 am, and 2) the television instructions were a bit off (it is HDMI 4, not HDMI 1). This is reality I guess and not the guest's fault, but boy is this expensive for a family of five. WIth the food prices as they are on Maui, I'm not sure we can afford to return. This may have been a once in a lifetime trip. Can you work with guests on price??
