We were traveling for the eclipse and knew we would pay a premium for any space for those days which was ok. We paid 4x the usual rate. However, when we arrived at the house, we realized how overcharged we were. The home smelled overwhelmingly of Febreze and plug ins. There must have been some renters who smoked inside bc one bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The outdoor space was stunning but w 2 kids it was unusable. The 2nd story deck was rotting and nails were exposed, making it unsafe. There was a VERY large pile of open trash below the deck, as though someone had been living under it a while. The patio furniture was broken, half the seat cushions were missing. We tried to be positive and sit outside but sitting on plastic straps was not workable. The outdoor trash was overflowing. We contacted the owner and they said thanks for letting them know, they’d send a handyman out- no attempt to reconcile. That deck and furniture must be 40 yrs old. It did not just happen.

Safe neighborhood and hosts mostly provide just the basics. Simple furnishings/organized and peaceful. Comfortable beds and couches. The large backyard and the creek out back was nice and relaxing. There is a small lake/pond within walking distance and groceries/shopping not too far. Conveniently located. The covered parking carport was nice.

They were both very helpful and always responded in a quickly manner. They were both friendly, polite and accommodating. I would recommend this house, they had a great neighborhood. There was a walking trail down the road. We got to enjoy the wild life from the deck. Very quiet and peaceful. Great Hosts.

The hosts were very helpful with anything we needed or problems we had! Check-in was very easy and accommodating due to us traveling 4 hours away. It was minutes away from a lot of restaurant and things to do.

My family and I had a great stay at this property! Scott was very helpful in making sure we had all the information needed for our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend this listing if you are staying in Little Rock!
