Matt is a very friendly and responsive owner. The location is convenient to the beach, the shopping centers, the restaurants, and with beautiful views.

Great house with a responsive and welcoming host. Island is only a short drive across the bridge. Brought the family over and parking was never an issue. House has central air, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms.
