I've stayed at Law's twice now and both time the place has been super clean and comfortable. It's a super short walk to the subway so the rest of Seoul is effectively right outside your door!

Very near to subway station. Great when it comes to lugging luggage, there’s an exit with lift, so it’s just nice! A few transfers from city area but it’s very much bearable. The train is direct few stops away. (10-15 mins) to Dongdaemun History and Cultural Park (DPP building), which is a pickup point for a lot of Klook travel tour bus. (It’s very convenient) The amenities provided within the house was enough to make us feel right at home. Just that if you were to wash clothes, do prepare your own detergent. There’s two convenience store within walking distance, which you can get eggs, ramyeon etc and cook in the BNB. Within the BNB there’s also air fryer but I thought it’s not very nice to fry in someone’s house. Haha. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay. Floor comes heated for winter, window ventilation was great.
